Welcome to the opportunity to have a scholarship for Pre Licensing Courses to achieve a Real Estate License in Nevada.

You will be provided the Online Work Study from Key Realty School, this will allow you to study from home and achieve the required prerequisites to schedule your test. If you do not login or start the process within 3 months the scholarship is returned and you will need to re-apply. We understand life happens and this allows us to provide it to another who is able to start the process. Applicant understands that Scofield Realty, Inc. is paying for the educational course designed to assist the applicant with obtaining the Nevada real estate license wherein the applicant understands that Scofield Realty, Inc. retains the right to cancel the course of instruction if the applicant fails to provide progress as to the education and licensing process when called upon by Scofield Realty, Inc.

You may upgrade at any time by paying Key Realty School direct for the difference between the provided course and the upgrade.

This scholarship will provide you a position at Scofield Realty, Inc. once passed and all required State and Local fees and dues are paid. Any license fees, association, or business fees are the responsibility of the scholarship recipient. (This averages from $1000-$2000 for the Association membership and State fees, check out pro rated fees at lasvegasrealtor.com and the Division’s website red.nv.gov) only the Pre Licensing course is paid for through the scholarship.

You agree to be in contract with Scofield Realty, Inc. for a minimum of 6 months from being licensed and active with association. At any time, Brokers of Scofield Realty, Inc. have the right to terminate this contract.

You agree to attend the Scofield Realty, Inc Boot Camp for the 6 weeks (separate contact once licensed). You will report to your assigned Mentor, In this 6 weeks you will be required to attend 1 hours a week accountability meeting and do the required 1 hour of Training a week.

You minimum production requirement will be as follows (You are paid at our Team Contracted rate per deal based off lead source): 1-3 Months = Close 3 transactions Total | 4-5 Month = Close 4x transactions total | Month 6 = Close 4x transactions in the month. At the completion of the 6 week boot camp and 6 month Production requirement you will be free to stay with your Mentor or join the Scofield Realty, Inc team as a full member.

By applying above, you acknowledge and affirm your commitment and requirements in receiving the Real Estate License Scholarship. We notify awardees roughly 1 week after in person interview if awarded.
