Before Summerlin, there was Green Valley. American Nevada Corporation's 1978 plan introduced the valley to paseos, village retail, and deed-restricted order — and Henderson has been compounding the dividends ever since.
The maturity is the asset: full-grown trees, established schools, and a housing ladder that runs from 1980s ranches in the original villages through Green Valley Ranch's 1990s–2000s stock to gated pockets around the resort. The District's shops and GVR's resort calendar anchor the lifestyle.
