Who We Are

Scofield Group is led by Kirby Scofield, broker and owner. The team operates as a Zillow Preferred partner and a Zillow Seller Connection team — giving every agent direct access to Zillow's most current consumer tools, including Zillow Showcase on listings. We are not a franchise. We are not affiliated with LPT or any other outside brokerage. Every decision about how we serve clients and how we support our agents is made independently, inside the Las Vegas valley.

A Short History

Kirby founded Scofield Realty in 2010. After 13 years of building an independent Nevada brokerage, the team briefly operated under LPT Realty for 18 months. In 2024 the team returned to fully independent operation as Scofield Group. We've used the time since to rebuild as a tech-forward, AI-augmented, accountability-first team built for serious producers and serious clients.

What We Believe

  • The best realtor for a client is the one who actually works their neighborhood, knows their price band, and answers the phone.
  • Accountability is love. We coach producers through a shared journey — not pressure tactics.
  • Technology should serve clients, not replace agents. Our AI assistant catches leads at 9 p.m. Our cash-offer program serves sellers who need certainty. Our Zillow tools serve listings that need maximum exposure. The human still does the human work.
